Swimming Pools fall into the category of a major project in Spain and therefore it´s necessary that an architect is used to produce all the plans and detailed structural documents, together with Health & Safety information to accompany the application to the local Town Hall. This is a service we offer in-house and therefore you only need to deal with one company for the entire process!
